I specialize in: Relationships | Marriage | Love | Self Growth | Self Confidence | Parenting and Co-Parenting. I help my clients with their relationship problems to identify aspects of their lives experiences that need a change, improvement, growth and development, and create a plan to reach those goals while being forward-focused. Being clear and setting up a reachable realistic change / outcome / goal is the #1 priority. I start off my clients with one session of one hour per week and work in three to six month increments which is long enough to start having a meaningful change / outcome / goal or long enough to create a habit. Every client is different and some may need more sessions and time than others. I'm content neutral and help guide my clients through a problem, issue, process or to a goal. My clients own their agenda and their outcome. Before you start, I offer a free 30 minute consultation call to get to know your situation and to make sure that what you are looking for is for counseling / coaching and not rehabilitation, medical services or something else. I'm a Professional Certified Relationship / Life Counseling Coach that specializes in Relationship for Individuals, Couples, Marriage, Relationships, Teens and Family. Sessions can be done over the phone or in person. All sessions are schedule by appointment only from Monday - Friday. I work with other clients and some time slots may currently not be available. The cost is $80 per hour. I accept cash and all major credit cards, sessions must be paid for in advance before starting. Each client is different and some clients may only require one session of one hour per week over three-months and other clients may require two or more hour sessions per week over a longer period of time.
